You are always in control of your data. You can permanently delete your anonymous account and everything linked to it at any time.
Delete in-game (instant)
- Open Silk Road Tycoon.
- Go to Settings (⚙️) → Delete My Data.
- Confirm twice. Your account is deleted immediately and the game restarts fresh.
Delete by email
If you can no longer open the app, email [email protected] from the device or with your in-game trader name. We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your anonymous player account and access tokens.
- Your cloud save (coins, caravans, cities, prestige, quests).
- Your league memberships, scores and pending rewards.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Data held by third parties such as Google (AdMob, Firebase, Play Billing) is governed by their own policies; see our Privacy Policy.
Retention
Deletion requests are processed promptly. Backup copies, if any, are purged within 30 days.
