By downloading or playing Silk Road Tycoon (the “Game”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Game except as permitted by law.
Your account
The Game creates an anonymous account tied to your device. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Virtual items and purchases
- The Game contains virtual items (e.g., coins, boosts, the Golden Charter) that have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- In-app purchases are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms.
- Virtual items are licensed, not sold, and may change over time. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, purchases are non-refundable.
Advertising
The Game may show optional rewarded video ads. Watching ads is voluntary and grants in-game rewards. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
Leagues and fair play
Merchant Leagues are for fun and offer only in-game legacy rewards — no real money or prizes. To keep leagues fair, we run automated anti-cheat checks. Using exploits, modified clients, or automated tools to inflate scores may result in your scores being hidden from rankings, loss of rewards, or account termination.
No warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of virtual items or progress.
Changes to the Game and Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and may revise these Terms. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
